Australian Senior Connected Care

AUSCC also known as Australian Senior Connected Care is a newly formed Not-for-Profit organisation with the aim of assisting older Australians to connect, whilst ensuring quality of life is maintained, through innovative wellness programs.

We are governed by a voluntary Board of Directors, with all walks in life, wanting to contribute to make a difference for older Australians. We do this, by ensuring our team is built from like-minded individuals, where passion and mission drives our future.

Our programs

We started our Let’s Get Stronger Together physical program that promotes Balance, Flexibility and Strength. This 13-week program is delivered and monitored by our Lifestyle and Physiotherapist, and each session is individually tailored to each participant. This program journeys with individuals in increasing physical activity and improving mental health. Our other programs include Outings, Guest Speakers, and a variety of social support and opportunities.
